The 6th Isola del Gusto edition ended with great satisfaction and with a large participation of over 100 students from the G. Grassa comprehensive institute in Mazara del Vallo.

Not just gastronomy but thematic seminars and recreational activities on nutrition, biodiversity and the marine ecosystem, thanks to the support of nutrition experts – Nutrigen study, and the scientific research of the IRBIM CNR.
The main element of innovation of the 6th edition was to focus on information, teaching and training activities for young people with the aim of creating an ethical awareness on the purchasing and consumption choices of Sicilian fish products for sustainable fishing.
